Back Home! ~ 10.17.16

No, I didn’t travel, really. But I have been on a journey of sorts, doing event after event with my studio wares and Tender Flower ( ) products. Plus I had to make the goods, organize displays, people help., all the important adjunct support. This went on all summer into  just now.

And here I am again, happily having studio time, being able to think and imagine new things, new directions, be in the glorious fall garden.

Here are a few pictures from the studio end of things, including my closer-to-being-done studio renovation.

The floor is painted, but needs retouching , then waxing. The trim needs to be done, a little bit more trim painting, then the last cupboard made. The studio redo has been in part funded by the RAAC Claudia Mitchell Grant Fund.

Oh, yes, and new lights are still needed. I went waaaay over my allotment, so the additional renovations are coming slowly.

At work on garments for me and scribbling:

Will show  you what’s being made next post.

Upcoming class at  Mullany Studio School this Saturday:

Appearance, even with a photo of me, (taken by Sara Schneidman) at the Inn’s Village Market:

And a bunch of natural dye activity:

This is just a wee bit of the making. I feel a bit dazed thinking about it!
